Your event rental includes:

Our beautiful venue enhanced, a little or a lot, by our experienced staff using your colors, style and decor.

9 - 60" tables and 90 hardwood chairs.
Your choice of table linens and chair ties. Beverage size napkins in white or ivory.

Centerpieces: Choose from our selection of customizable options, hire your favorite florist or bring in your own items!

Gorgeous 3-tiered, buttercream iced wedding cake in your choice of flavors and design. Cake table & cutting service included.
Use of Gold or Silver cake knife and server, pen, picture easels and tables for your display items.
A hostess and catering staff to assist you and your wedding party throughout your event.
Use of the Grand Piano.
Dance floor for 1st dances.
Bride’s, groom and groomsmen’s and bridesmaid’s dressing rooms.
Bose sound system and CD player, I-pod capability.
Cordless microphone.
Flat screen TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi.
Patio seating available in season.
Spacious parking.

Use of the building and grounds for "First Look" or "Bridal" portrait sessions.


Open Dancing Fee: $25.00


Alcohol Policy

A Champagne and Wine Punch is Available for Your Guests.  There is a service charge of $100.00.  We supply the base at a cost of $35.00 per 75 servings. You must provide the champagne and wine.

​If you would like to serve additional alcohol at your event you will need to hire a licensed bar tender. No other alcoholic beverages are allowed on the premises. We can provide a table and ice if needed.

Add a Ceremony to your Reception for an additional $400.00: 

Includes a rehearsal, seating, and a professional pianist.  If you have additional guests coming to a separate reception after the ceremony, please allow only 1 to 1½ hours between the start of the ceremony and the start of the reception.  Our catering staff will be pleased to serve your ceremony guests during this time.  If you are having 120 guests or less we recommend having everyone attend the ceremony, with a reception starting immediately afterwards.

 

Ceremony Only $650.00:(no reception)

Includes 3 hours use of the building, rehearsal, professional pianist and seating for up to 100 guests.  No food or drink allowed on the premises for Ceremony Only. Ceremonies need to be completed by 3:00 p.m. unless other arrangements have been made with management.
