Venue Rental

Monday - Thursday - $1,595.00
Friday, Saturday and Sunday - $1,695.00

Your event rental includes:
8 - 60" tables and 80 hardwood chairs.

Centerpieces: Choose from our selection of options, hire your favorite florist or bring in your own items!

 Cake table included.
Use of Gold or Silver cake knife and server, pen, picture easels and tables for your display items.
An Event Manager to assist you and your wedding party throughout your event.
Use of the Grand Piano.
Dance floor 
Bride’s, groom and groomsmen’s and bridesmaid’s dressing rooms.
Bose sound system and CD player, I-pod capability.
Cordless microphone.
Flat screen TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi.
Patio seating available in season.

Use of the building and grounds for "First Look" or "Bridal" portrait sessions.

Our design specialists will customize our silk centerpieces with your own colors.

Alcohol Policy

 ​If you would like to serve alcohol at your event you will need to hire a licensed bar tender. No other alcoholic beverages are allowed on the premises. We can provide a table and ice if needed.

Add a Ceremony to your Reception for an additional $400.00: 

Includes a rehearsal, seating, and a professional pianist.  If you have additional guests coming to a separate reception after the ceremony, please allow only 1 to 1½ hours between the start of the ceremony and the start of the reception.  It is a good idea to feed your ceremony guests during this time.  If you are having 120 guests or less we recommend having everyone attend the ceremony, with a reception starting immediately afterwards.


Ceremony Only $650.00:(no reception)

Includes 3 hours use of the building, rehearsal, professional pianist and seating for up to 100 guests.  No food or drink allowed on the premises for Ceremony Only. Ceremonies need to be completed by 3:00 p.m. unless other arrangements have been made with management.
